It is time that these were reduced. the current times were introduced when even high level players were 400-500 and fleets were much smaller. Now with many players over level 1,000 and much larger fleets the current cool down times are far too long. If I jump my fleet through the gate it shuts down for days! I suggest a significant reduction in cool down times and a maximum cool down time regardless of the size of fleet, much as there is a maximum credit spend for building.
