AMR Railgun LR and Nirai P-Blast MR

For some reason I can't select and use AMR Railgun LR and Nirai P-Blast MR at the same time.

Is this just me or is there some restictions on which weapons can be used on the same ship on the same mission?

Which ship do you use? Which slots do you try to equip?
