I had a member account with DS Fishlabs before gof 3 came out.

I downloaded the game, went to shop, chose freebies, clicked on deep silver connect, signed into my account, restarted the app... no changes.

What else do i have to do?

It can take some minutes until they show up. Can you check if your special Groza showed up in the hangar in the meantime, please?

I, too, have this problem. I had an account prior to GOF3 coming out and have followed the steps. The screen where you login then takes me to show me all the games available like Dog Mendoça but doesn't do anything else. Even if I shut the game out and reopen it, nothing occurs. Anything else we can do?

just opened the app again, still no RED Groza, or any other changes.

Yeah I have the same issue, sent support a ticket but they are slow to respond. I've uninstalled the game. Only downloaded due to the vip package and can't even claim it.

Well, the team is facing a HUGE wave on incoming tickets, the fact that some players are writing the team every 10 minutes on the same issue does not speed it all up. Nevertheless, they are working hard to get an answer out to all of you who wrote them.

Please keep also in mind, the team is not in on Weekends and does work during normal office hours in CET.

It just takes some hours guys. Patience (;

I didn't even remember that i had registered long time before GOF3 came out - or that a VIP package was promised^^ All of a sudden the VIP package arrived inGame after two or three logins (a bunch of hours after installing)!

But at the end, the vip package turns out to be not much more than a 30 minute grind saving *coff*
